Welcome

Men's Retreat, January 23rd and 24th

Join us as we welcome back Donald Whitney for this year's Men's Retreat! His sessions, entitled "Biblical Spiritual Disciplines for Real People" will take us through the disciplines of Journaling, Fasting, and Solitude & Silence.

The retreat will be at the 4-H Rock Springs Conference Center in Junction City (http://www.rocksprings.net/). You can sign in at 7:00 p.m. on Friday the 23rd and the first session begins at 8:00 p.m.  We will conclude on Saturday afternoon the 24th. The cost for the retreat will be $45 (make checks payable to Topeka Bible Church).

IronMen Ministries

Do you want to experience life as God desires for you to live it? Do you want to grow as a husband and father? A friend and co-worker? Do you want to grow as a man of integrity and authenticity? Do you want to get connected with other men as you “do life” together and seek to follow after Jesus Christ on a daily basis? If so, then IronMen Ministries is the place for you.

IronMen Ministries is TBC’s ministry to men. The purpose of IronMen Ministries is to reach all men of TBC in order that they might:
  1. Walk with Christ
  2. Be equipped to Live like Christ and
  3. Serve and work for Christ
In the end, IronMen Ministries seeks to spur all men on to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ through the relationships that we develop with one another. Proverbs 27:17 says, “As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” As a part of IronMen, men of all ages are encouraged to experience this “sharpening” as we encourage each other in this exciting, life-long journey, serving God in our homes, church, workplaces, and community.

We offer a number of studies, groups, and activities that allow for men to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18). The Christian life is anything but boring, no matter what the world might tell you. Come join us and see just how exciting it is!
