Spiritual Growth Branch

The best way to grow spiritually and strengthen your personal relationship with Jesus Christ is by getting to know Him! Learning and understanding scripture is the foundation for learning to live a life for Christ. Whether you have never participated in a Bible Study or have participated in several, we invite you to draw near to God and be blessed by His Word.

Choose from a variety of Bible Studies offered Wednesday morning and evening with childcare provided for children under five. Classes range from eight to twelve weeks and begin in September, January and June. Women in the Word Bible studies are also a wonderful opportunity to develop relationships with other women who love the Lord.

Winter Bible Studies

The following is a list of Bible Studies that Women's Ministries is excited to offer this winter.  All studies will begin January 14 unless otherwise noted. Nursery will be provided for children 0 to 2 1/2 years.  Children ages 2 1/2 to 5 will enjoy a fun time in the preschool Bible class.  Registration deadline for all classes and nursery is January 4th. Inductive Bible Study
The Life of Joseph: Keeping Your Focus When Your Dreams Are Shattered
Genesis 37-50
Have you ever been falsely accused or suffered from injustice? This study of Joseph is your manual for handling these painful situations. Learn how to rise above difficulties by trusting God.

Betrayed Heart
This study by Pure Desire Ministries is for women who are dealing with their husbands infidelity (past or present) and/or pornography issues. This group meets on Sunday evenings and may be entered at any time. For more information or to register for this class call Patty Diliberto at 234-5545.

Surrendering the Secret: Healing the Heartbreak of Abortion
(8 sessions)
Many women hide the secret of abortion deep in their hearts, and carry a great burden. Surrendering the Secret will allow women to release this burden and find freedom through 'redemptive community' while experiencing hope and joy as shame and failure are replaced with beauty.
